Cancellation, Non-attendance, and Late Payment Fees
In consideration of other clients who are waiting for appointment times, please provide at least 48hrs notice for all cancellations or rescheduling.
Less than 48hrs notice will be incur a late cancellation fee of $100.
Clients who do not attend their session OR reschedule within 24hrs of their appointment will be charged the full session fee.
This fee is a subsidy for the time that has been set aside for you.
Medicare and Private Health Fund Rebates do not apply to cancelled or missed appointments.
Late Payments will incur an additional $20 per session when paid after the day of services.
